A: Coaching sessions are typically scheduled on a bi-weekly or weekly basis, depending on your preferences and the intensity of your goals. For most cases, I recommend bi-weekly.
Each session lasts approximately 45-60 minutes, giving us ample time to delve into your progress, explore new insights, and develop actionable plans for your success.

Q: What is your policy for refunds or cancellations?
A: I understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to adjust schedules accordingly. Regarding refunds, my policy is as follows:
- If you decide to cancel your coaching package before the first session, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel after the first session but before completing half of the coaching package, you will be eligible for a prorated refund for the remaining sessions.
- Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds for sessions that have already been completed.
